Exchange and return policy

We understand the customer's need to want to cancel the order and refund the amount after completing the order through the website. The LESS ABAYAS policy preserves the customer's right through his desire to recover the amount within a period of 3 days from the date of issuing the order invoice.

The customer has the right to modify the abaya according to the terms and conditions.

1- The possibility of submitting an amendment request within 7 days from the date of receipt of the request.

2- Shipping and delivery mechanism: In the event of modification or maintenance on the abaya, the customer shall bear all delivery and shipping costs.
